摘要
用高能球磨冷压烧结的方法制备了MoSi2弥散强化铜合金。分析了烧结温度、球磨方式和压坯密度对MoSi2弥散强化铜合金烧结密度的影响。结果表明:烧结温度对其烧结密度的影响最大,其最佳烧结温度为950℃;球磨方式的影响次之,但湿磨比干磨效果好;压坯密度对烧结密度的影响不明显。
The MoSi2 dispersion-strengthened copper alloy (DSC)has been preparaed by high-performance ball milling and cold pressing and sintering.The paper analyzed the effect of sintering temperature,ball milling method and compact density on the density of MoSi2 disperslion-strengthened copper alloy.The results show that the largest effect is sintering temperature,the optimal sintering temperature of Mosi2 DSC was 950 ℃;the effect of ball milling metlhod comes the second,but wet-way ball milling is better than dry-way ball milling.There is no distinct effect of compact density on the sintering density.
