钛精矿回转窑还原制取富钛料补充试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以攀枝花微细粒级钛精矿为原料,云南吕合煤为还原剂,采用新型粘结剂、添加剂,应用预热球团和回转窑直接还原技术,经破碎、磨矿、磁选,分离出TiO2≥74%的富钛料。 Enriched Ti material with TiO2≥74% is prepared by crushing,grinding,magnetic separation after preheated briquette direct reduction in the rotary kiln based on microfine Ti concentrate from Pangzhihua Mine as raw material and coal from Yunnan Luhe Mine as reductant with the addition of new binder and additive.
