摘要
对D700mm大反应罐生产低氧钽粉的还原注钠工艺进行了研究与改进。结果表明:改建后的工艺基本上解决了工艺参数的控制问题和操作问题,还原钽粉的氧含量可稳定控制在1%左右。
The paper describes the study and improvement of Na reduction process of low-oxide Ta powder in D700mm large reactor.The results showed that the improved process has basically solved the problem of the control of process parameters and operation problem.The oxygen content in the resultant Ta powder can be controlled at about 1%.
