摘要
简介了我国钨钼生产中采用的增压与常压还原炉过量氢气回收设备现状,重点介绍了当前国内处理能力大、工艺先进、PLC全自动操作控制的首台大型常压还原炉氢气回收设备的运行工艺和特点。经过运行实践,其主要技术性能达到了设计要求。
Brief description is made of the present status of equipment for excess H2 high-pressure and pressure recovery from reduction furnace.It focused on the operating process and characteristics of the first large capacity H2 pressure recovery equipment from reduction furnace.The said equipment is characterized by large capacity,advanced technology,PLC fully-automatic operation control.Through operating practice,the main technical specificatioms have met the design requirement.
