纳米晶钛酸锶的复阻抗特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 用硬酯酸凝胶法制成粒度均匀的 Sr Ti O3纳米晶 ,用 X射线衍射光谱和红外光谱对产物进行表征。通过对所制材料复阻抗的测定 ,总结出与之相应的等效电路。实验结果表明 ,随着纳米晶 Sr Ti O3粒径的增大 。 Appropriate amount of stearic acid and Sr(OH) 2·8H 2O were melted, into which tetrabutyl titanate was added while stirring. Then the solution was cooled in cool water to form a gel. Nanocrystalline SrTiO 3 powder with even grain size were obtained by calcining the gel at different temperature. The products were characterized by X ray powder diffraction and Infrared spectrum. Equivalent circuits of double impedance of the nanocrystal were generalized. The results of experiments show that the double impedance spectra change from a half circle which is warped at low frequency to a oblique line with the increasing of the measuring frequency as the grain size increases. Their equivalent circuits change from barrier layer series type to Debye type.
