Gas separation and recovery methods for SF_6/N_2 gas mixtures

摘要 在 9篇文献的基础上 ,综合介绍了 SF6 / N2 混合气体的三种不同的分离方法 ,并将它们的优劣作了比较。通过分析 ,认为将两种或两种以上的方法结合起来使用 。 SF 6 gas is widely used in the power apparatus such as GIS (Gas insulated Switchgear) because of its superior characteristics not only for arc extinguishing but also for chemical stability. SF 6/N 2 gas mixtures are now being used to substitute for SF 6 as a greenhouse gas. But SF 6 has to be separated from gas mixtures for the purpose of gas recovery. Three methods of separation are presented in this paper and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
