耦合器损耗引起的附加相移对光纤环形腔特性的影响

摘要 从理论上分析了耦合器损耗引起的附加相移对光纤环形腔特性的影响.分析表明附加相移对环形腔谐振频率的影响可以忽略,对腔内光强的其它频率特性没有影响.模拟计算结果表明,输出带阻特性中的谐振峰形状出现不对称畸变,半功率全宽较之不考虑损耗引起的附加相移时的略宽,由此精细度的降低小于10.4%(K≥0.95).并对精细度的计算作了相应的讨论. The effects of additional phase shift induced by loss of the coupler upon the characteristics of fiberoptic ring resonator (FORR) are theoretically analyzed and calculated. The results show that the effect of additional phase shift on the resonance frequency of FORR may be neglected and the phase shift has no other effect on the frequency characteristics of light intensity within the FORR. Calculated results show that the asymmetry of the resonance peaks appears in the bandstop output characteristics. The full width of halfpower of the resonance peaks is slightly greater than that without considering the additional phase shift caused by the loss. The decrease of fineness is less than 10.4% (for K≥0.95). Calculation of the fineness is also discussed.
