一种改善遗传算法早熟现象的方法

A Method for Preventing Premature of Genetic Algorithm

讨论了遗传算法(GA)中遗传算子对于改善群体整体品质实现群体进化的作用以及遗传算法中早熟现象的成因.通过动态调整遗传算法中的交叉概率和变异概率引入自适应算子,并与局部退化算子相结合来抑制早熟现象.最后给出了算例,说明该方法对于改善遗传算法中早熟现象以及提高算法效率有良好的作用.

In spite of the advantage of genetic algorithm(GA), there are many problems that must be solved in practice. Premature is such a serious problem. In this paper, the function of operators and the cause of premature in GA are discussed. In order to prevent premature, an improved GA that adopts a combination of partdegenerate operator and adaptive operator is presented. An example is given and the result shows that the proposed method is effective in optimization design of composite laminate.
