摘要
为减少柴油机交变力向基础的传递 ,提出多点自适应有源控制策略 ,进行双层隔振系统多方向耦合振动的主动控制试验研究。以双层隔振系统的上层质量来模拟柴油机 ,在下层质量上合理地布置次级振源 ,选取合适的误差评价点 ,针对这些点的振动响应实施控制。当自适应过程收敛时 ,下层各拾振点的振动在最小均方误差准则下得到有效抑制 ,则下层质量的耦合振动自然得到了有效的控制 ,从而减少了对基础的力传递。主动隔振模拟试验结果表明 ,这种多点自适应有源隔振策略对于多方向耦合振动的有源控制是切实可行的 ,而且简单、实用。
In order to reduce the force transmission from marine diesel engine block to the base a multiple-point adaptive control strategey is introduced.The experiment of active control for multiple-direction-coupled vibrations of a two-stage vibration isolation system is studied.Marine diesel is simulated by the upper mass of the system.Proper positions of secondary vibration source are chosen and some points on the lower mass are chosen for error evaluation.Vibrations of the chosen points decrease in terms of minimum mean square error criterion and so coupled vibrations of the lower mass are suppressed accordingly while the adaptive process is convergent.In the same time the force transmission to the base is also suppressed.The results of an experiment of active vibration isolation show that the multiple-point adaptive control strategy is not only effective but also simple and practical.
