肩胛盂骨折合并肱骨头脱位的外科治疗

SURGICAL MANAGEMENT OF SCAPULAR GLENOID FRACTURES ASSOCIATED WITH DISLOCATION OF HUMERAL HEAD

目的 :探讨肩胛盂骨折合并肱骨头脱位的手术治疗效果。方法 :对于本组 8例肩胛盂骨折合并肱骨头脱位的患者均采用肩关节后入路进行切开复位 ,1/3管状钢板或重建钢板内固定。结果 :本组 8例患者经上述方法治疗 ,术后经 3月～ 6年随访 ,骨折全部愈合 ;按hardegger分类 ,肩关节功能恢复至优者 6例 ,良者 2例。结论 :对肩胛盂骨折合并肱骨头脱位行后路切开复位 ,1/3管状钢板或重建钢板螺钉内固定为一种有效、可靠的治疗途径。

Objective: To discribe the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for the scapular glenoid fractures associated with dislocation of humeral head.Methods: All eight cases of scapular glenoid fractures associated with dislocation of humeral head were treated by open reduction through posterior approach and stable fixation with 1/3 tubular plates and reconstructive plates.Results: We followed up on 8 cases from 3 months to six years after surgical treatment, which 6 cases gave excellent results while 2 cases gave good results.The results were satisfying in general.Conclusion: Through posterior approach open reduction and fixation with 1/3 tubular plates and reconstructive plates to scapular glenoid fractures is valid and stable.
