摘要
利用无刀式磨浆设备(双螺旋辊式磨浆机)制浆,在工业上实现了纤维轴向挤压。物料经多次反复受到纤维轴向的动态挤压,产生揉搓作用。揉搓过程中纤维物料纵向分离,变成单根纤维,进而纤维局部发生念珠状变形,细胞壁产生裂隙、剥落,并变得柔软,打浆时易于帚化分丝,利于纸页强度和紧度的提高。
A twin screws roller refiner without knife can realize fibers ex tr uding in their axis direction in the commercial scale.The pulp is kneaded and r ubbed after being dynamically extruded along the fiber axis repeatedly.In this process,fiber suffers bead-like transformation.The outer layer of fiber crack s and is peeled off.The clustered fiber material spills along the long axis and becomes single fiber.After beaten,it can make paper with high strength and de nsity.
