摘要
从工厂底层自动化及信息集成技术的角度,分析了现场总线的特点,介绍了现场总线在华丰纸业集团生产线的具体应用和实施过程;即应用PROFIBUS-DP技术将PLC、逆变器、交流驱动器、远程I/O及上位机连接起来,实现远程通讯。
As viewed from the technology of factory-floor au tomation and information integration,the characteristics of Fieldbus technology were discussed and its application at the Huazhi mill production line was intr oduced.Long distance communication was realized when PLC,transducer,AC driver s,long distance I/O,upper-computer were connected all together by using PRO FIBUS-DP technology.
