ZnAl22 is one type of Super-plastic materials.The material has high plasticity which makes it difficult to be cut. In order to solve these problems, the process parameters for cutting ZnAl22,including material and angle of the cutter, Cutting compound and cutting speed,are analyzed and studied in this paper.
