摘要
从我国住宅建设的特点 ,结合我国社会发展的总体趋势 ,提出了一些我国小康化住宅建设过程中应注意的几个问题 。
In view of the residential construction characteristics in our country and combined with the general trend of social development some matters needing attention in comfortable house construction process are proposed. Author also emphasized that the comfortable house plays a major role in residential construction.
