摘要
分析了热作为一种商品的特殊性 ,根据欧洲和德国在计量供热方面的规定和标准 ,结合我国计量供热方面的理论与经验 ,探讨了热价分摊思路 。
In this paper the particularities of heat as a product are analysis and according to the codes and standards of metering heating in Europe and Germany and combined with Chinese theories and experiences in metering heating an idea that apportion heat price is proposed and discussed. Meanwhile, some corresponding suggestions are put forward for metering heating.
