Optimization of construction investment in technical reformation works of Hexi Coal Mine

以贺西煤矿技改工程为例 ,介绍了设计阶段对于建设成本优化的重要性 ,提出了基建投资优化应注意的问题 ,指出建设投资优化 ,须将技术与经济结合起来 ,进行多方案设计比优。

Taking the technical reformation works as example the importance of optimization of construction investment at design stage is introduced. At the same time the problems needing attention in optimization design are proposed. Author points out that the multivariate optimal design should be conducted in capital investment optimization with the combination of technology and economy.
