阐述了影响工程进度控制的几方面因素 ,详细论述了做好工程进度控制的方法及措施。
In this paper the factors influencing the engineering progress control are elaborated. At the same time according to the methods and measures adopted in progress control detailed discussion is made. Author points out that project managers must monitor and adjust the project construction progress at any time.
