浅议基建项目物资招标采购

On the goods purchasing by the way of bidding in capital construction project

通过对基建施工项目物资招投标采购现状的分析评价 ,提出了施工项目如何搞好物资采购、保证供应的新思路 ,阐明了规范施工项目物资采购行为、建立集中有序的物资供应管理模式的观点。

In this paper a new idea is proposed to ensure goods and materials purchasing and supply in construction project. Meanwhile, the viewpoint that establishing centralized and ordered management mode for materials supply and normalizing goods purchasing behaviors in construction project is elaborated.
