摘要
工程造价控制是在决策、设计、项目实施等阶段的全过程的控制 ,阐明了在各个阶段都要采取科学的管理方法 ,指出运用价格理论 ,实施招投标制度 。
Construction cost control is the whole procedure control in decision, design, execution and other construction phases. Author points out that in each stage scientific management methods must be adopted and price theory and tender system should be applied to effectively control the cost.
