摘要
制备了纤维素三苯基氨基甲酸酯涂敷在自制的大孔氨丙基硅胶上的手性固定相 ,并对奥美拉唑进行了手性拆分。考察了流动相组成和流速对拆分效果的影响 ,发现用乙醇 正己烷作为流动相 ,手性物的分离度优于文献报道的异丙醇 正己烷流动相体系 ,适宜的流动相配比为乙醇 正己烷 (4 0 6 0 ,V V)。
Enantiomers of omeprazole were separated on a chiral stationary phase prepared by coating cellulose triphenylcarbamate on a large pore aminopropyl silica gel. The effect of composition and flow rate of mobile phase on the resolution was investigated. It was found that the resolution by ethanol/hexane is much better than that by 2propanol/hexane. The best composition of mobile phase is ethanol/hexane = 40/60(V/V). As the flow rate and the ethanol concentration of mobile phase increase, the resolution decreases.
