摘要
以丙酸和苄醇为原料,磷钨酸及其钠盐为催化剂,催化合成了丙酸苄酯。其最佳反应条件为:反应温度110℃;反应时间1 5h;n(丙酸)∶n(苄醇)=1 2∶1,w(催化剂)=1 2%(相对于苄醇质量),酯化率为97 6%,产物质量分数为100%。
Phosphotungstic acid and its salts were found to be efficient environmentally friendly catalysts for the synthesis of benzyl propionate.Reaction was conducted at 110 ℃ for 15 h with propionic acid and benzyl alcohol in mole ratio 12∶1 and 12% (based on mass of alcohol) of the catalyst was used.Under these optimum conditions yield of the ester was 976%.Mass fraction of the product was 100%.
