Application of Hydrocyclones on Desanding of Crude Oil in the Transportation System of Oil Fields

随着油田开发的不断深入,采出液含砂逐年增加,给油气集输系统造成了一系列危害。要彻底解决采出液含砂对集输管道和设备的磨损,以及含油砂对环境的污染,需在集输系统中将除砂器、洗砂器、集砂器独立或配套使用,应用于井口多相流除砂、联合站设备除砂、污油池清砂、海洋平台等,对每个沉砂环节进行综合处理,以提高集输工艺的技术水平。

With the development of oil fields,the concentration of sands in crude oil has been higher and higher which has caused many problems of wearing and blockage to the transportation system of crude oil and pollution resulted from the discharge of oily sands. To solve these problems,desanders,sand washers and sand collectors should be employed respectively or in association on well heads,in transportation stations and for oily water reservoirs.
