摘要
本文论述了知识、能力、素质全面发展是创新人才的基本要求 ,研讨了坚持知识能力素质并重、构建创新人才培养体系的主要内容和目标要求 ,分析了目前建立创新人才培养体系的几项重点工作 ,并围绕坚持三个面向。
The paper put forward that innovative talents should develop balanced in knowledge, ability and quality. And also analyzed how to establish new education system by paying equal attention to knowledge, ability and quality, especially insisting on 'Three Face' to optimize the system.
