摘要
高等教育现代化是高等教育发展的终极目标 ,而高等教育创新则是实现高等教育现代化的有效途径。高等教育创新属于文化创新的范畴 ,应包括教育思想创新、教育目标创新、教育制度创新、教育管理创新。
The modernization of higher education is the final goal of development of higher education, and the innovation of higher education is the real pathway of modernization of higher education. The innovation of higher education belong to the cultural innovation, including the innovation of educational idea, educational goal, educational rule, educational administration, educational content and educational skill.
