摘要
兰州百合(LiliumDavidiiVar.Unicolor(Hoog)Cotton)单鳞片扦插试验结果表明:内、中、外层鳞片分化小鳞茎的能力不同,中层鳞片分化能力最高;含NAA0.15g/l的基质最适于鳞片分化小鳞茎,小鳞茎发根效果最佳.
The experiments on single scale propagation of Lazhou Lily have shown that the outside, middle and inside layers are different in differentation capacity; the middle layer is the highest.
