张家界、韶山和衡山空气微生物粒子沉降量分析

Analysis of air-borne microbial particle precipitation above Zhang jiajie,Shaoshan and Hengshan

对张家界、韶山和衡山空气微生物粒子沉降量用自然沉降法作了测定,三地的空气微生物污染处于轻-中度状态,以轻污染为主,衡山的空气污染最轻;三地空气多以细菌污染为主,张家界空气真菌含量较大;分析了三地空气微生物粒子沉降量的差异及原因,讨论了空气微生物粒子沉降量的昼夜变化。

Air-borne microbial particle precipitation above Zhang jiajie,Shaoshan and He ngshan was determined by using the method of gravity plate.The result obtained s howed that:the air-borne microbial pollution above the three cities above mentio ned was at light-middle state and more of them was at light one.The air pollutio n of Hengshan was lightest and the air quality was fine.The pollution in urban d istrict was more serious than landscape area.The air-borne microbial content det ermined was mostly consisted of bacteria,but the percentage of air-borne fungous content occupied was higher in Zhang Jiajie.The difference and its causes of ai r-borne microbial particle precipitation above the three cities were analysed an d their diurnal variation was discussed.
