摘要
研制了一种工艺性能良好的含有稀土元素镧的堆焊焊条,并对其堆焊层显微组织、硬度、耐磨性、耐热疲劳性进行了较系统的试验研究。工业试验表明它能满足某些在高温下使用的冶金工业设备零部件堆焊修复的要求。
The hardfacing electrode containing lanthanum with good usability properties were made and the microstructure, hardness, wearability and heatfatigue resistance in hardfacing layer were studied. The industrial practice have proved that be satisfied with hardfacing reparation for the parts of metallurgical equipment in high temperature state.
