摘要
结合有关的热力学数据,从碳、铬、磷选择性氧化的角度,研究了各参数对不锈钢脱磷热力学条件及工艺的影响。热力学计算结果表明,BaO CaO系渣更适合不锈钢脱磷,应适当提高初始碳含量并降低渣中P2O5含量以利脱磷保铬。这对不锈钢脱磷工艺的制定具有指导意义。
Based on newlypublished data, the influence of process parameters on thermodynamic conditions and process feasibility for dephosphurization were discussed from the point of preferential oxidation. It is found that BaOCaO based flux is more suitable for oxidizing dephosphorization of stainless steel, and carbon in molten steel in crude steel should be increased and P2O5 in raw flux should be reduced to protect chromium in molten steel from oxidization in the process. This is of guiding significance for dephosphurizing process of stainless steel.
