摘要
介绍了日本21世纪高炉炼铁新技术的最新进展情况,其中包括该项目的宗旨和主体思路(如寻求一种利用低温化学反应实现节能50%炼铁的新技术),同时介绍了该项目的组织机构以及近期所取得的两项重大突破:实现了低温煤气化过程的高速化反应和完成了新高炉的基本设计(采用富氧鼓风等措施),可达到节能50%的目的。
The 21 Century blast furnace research project in Japan was introduced, which involves the main idea of the project for searching a new way for lower temperature reaction in order to save 50 % energy. The organization of the project and the two new breakthrough of the project were introduced as well , i.e. speeding up low temperature gasification process and the completion of the new BF basic design (blasting with oxygen enrichment, etc.).
