摘要
为了解实施覆盖促成栽培雷竹笋营养元素状况,采样分析了竹笋和营养元素含量,并和自然笋进行了比较。结果表明:覆盖促成栽培竹园雷竹笋氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁和锰的含量分别为(4 30±0 40)g·kg-1,(0 70±0 10)g·kg-1,(2 98±0 66)g·kg-1,(28 76±25 71)mg·kg-1,(99 14±37 79)mg·kg-1,(5 10±2 80)mg·kg-1和(4 61±2 11)mg·kg-1。同是3月中旬采集的2类竹笋,自然笋竹园竹笋氮、磷、钾含量分别是覆盖促成栽培竹笋的1 32,1 77和1 50倍,差异达显著水平。覆盖促成栽培竹笋钙和镁含量与土壤交换性钙和镁含量呈现显著正相关,竹笋钙和铁含量与土壤有效磷具有显著负相关。
Intensive management of Phyllostachys praecox stands is very popular parctice in Linan.To check the effect of this practice on bambooshoot nutrition,shoots and soils from both traditional and intensive management,Phyllostachys praecox stands are collected for analysis shoot nutrition and soil nutrients.It is found that nutrition content of bambooshoot,such as total N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe and Mn are respective (430±040) g·kg-1,(070±010) g·kg-1,(298±066) g·kg-1,(2876±2571) mg·kg-1,(9914±3779) mg·kg-1,(510±280) mg·kg-1,(46±211) mg·kg-1 under intensive management stands.Nutrition amount of total N,P and K in bamboo shoot under traditional management stands are significantly higher(P<005) than those under intensive management stands,they are respective 132,177 and 150 times.Nutrition content of Ca and Mg are closely related to soil exchangeable Ca and Mg under intensive management stands.Nutrition content of Ca and Fe are negatively related to soil avaiable P (correlation coefficients are -0559 2 and -0485 3).[Ch,6 tab.11 ref.]
