The Dominant function of Teacher in Quality education

教师在教学中起着主导作用,高校教师应在教学中积极引导学生转变学习观念,掌握学习方法,注意全面发展,树立良好学风。为此,教师在教学中要克服“满堂灌”,切忌“一言堂”,突破“封闭式”,改革考试方式,引导学生独立思考,积极主动地学习和实践,促进学生全面发展。

The teacher has the dominant function in teaching. So college teachers should induct the students to transit the study concept, to master the study method, to notice the roundly development, to erect the well study habit. In teaching the teacher must reform the mode of teaching and examination, guarantee the roundly development of students.
