摘要
我国加入世界贸易组织后,世界贸易组织规则对我国法制建设将带来重大的影响。把握住修改原有法律、制定新法律的主线条,建立不依赖行政管理的统一严密的规范市场、企业和个人的法律,规范政府的行政职能,修改和废止以行政方式管理企业和个人经济活动为基础的粗略的法律、法令,是我国适应世界贸易组织规则,促进经济发展的必经之路。
WTO rules will have great effect on our legal s ystem construction after China enters WTO.In order to adapt to WTO rules and t o needs of economic development,the essential road for us to take is to amend o ld laws,to formulate main line of new laws,to establish unified and well-writ ten laws independent of administrative management to regulate market,enterpr ises and individuals,to standardize the administrative function of the governme nt and to amend or abolish those rough laws and decrees based on management o f enterprises and individual economic activities in administrative way.
