摘要 本文简述了骨形成蛋白的结构和理化性质 ,总结了骨形成蛋白对胚胎期和成年动物造血的作用 ,探讨了骨形成蛋白影响造血的可能机理 。 This article reviews the structure, physical and chemical characteristics of bone morphogenetic protein, summarized the effects of bone morphogenetic protein on hematopoiesis in embryo and adult animal, discussed the possible mechanisms and pointed out the theoretic and practical significance on this research work.
