Review and Summary of Chinese Rural Land Property Rights System

农地产权制度是农村制度的核心和基础 ,是稳定农村经济发展和社会经济秩序的根本因素。建国以后理论界对我国农地产权制度的研究作了多方面的研究 ,发表了一批很有价值的理论成果 ,近期研究的重点与热点问题还很多 ,有待于学者们继续努力开拓新局面。

The rural land property rights system is the core and base of the country institution; it's also a fundamental factor for stabilizing rural economic development and social order since new China was founded, a lot of researches have been done in this respect, and lots of valuable academatic achievements have been published. At present, however, there still exist various key points and popular issues, which are expected to be solved by scholars so as to open up a new situation.
