摘要
《基础教育课程改革纲要 (试行 )》已在全国逐步扩大试验。小学新课程在加强综合性、实践性、自主性方面尤为突出 ,对小学教师提出了更高的要求。高师院校的小学教育专业要在强化教师职业技能、加强通识教育、实施职前职后一体化等方面努力创新 ,以适应新课程的需要。
The Curriculum Reform Program for Elementary Education(for trial use) has been gradually popularized throughout the country. The new curriculums for primary schools highlight the requirement of cultivating teachers' comprehensive, practical and indepent skills, therefore, emphasis should be laid on the innovation in fostering teachers' vocational skills and versatile knowledge to meet the needs of the new curriculums.
