摘要
目的 :研制出国产连锁毒饵 ;方法 :新建立的连锁药效检测方法 (幼小若虫食含毒粪便 ) ;结果 :A、B、C、D、E、F、G 7种候选毒饵中 ,A、C毒饵对德国小蠊若虫的连锁药效8d分别为 91 1%和 90 4% ,连锁系数分别为0 94和 0 90 ,若虫药效8d分别为 96 8%和 10 0 % ,成虫药效8d分别为 90 4%和 10 0 % ;结论 :A、C毒饵对大、小蠊有很好的连锁药效、成若虫药效 。
Objective:To develop a homemade roach bait with chain killing efficacy. Methods:New test method of Efficacy (based on dejecta eating by nympha). Results:Seven kinds of baits A,B,C,D,E,F and G were studied. Efficacy of bait A,C against nympha of Blattella germanical at the 8th day was 91.1% and 90.4%. The efficacy against nympha at 8th day was 96.8% and 100%. Chain killing coefficient was 0.94 and 0.90. The efficacy against imagoes at 8th day was 90.4% and 100%. Conclusion:Further tests proved that bait A,C achieved good chain killing efficacy against nympha and high chain killing intensity.
