摘要
由于存在尺寸的上、下偏差,因此合格的零件也可能造成装配质量低下。本文对此现象进行了分析,并提出以公差中心尺寸控制法来替代原先双界限控制法。用工艺能力等级为依据,以提高工件加工精度为代价,来获得较高的装配质量。
As the existence of the dimension defl ec tion,qualified spares may also lead to low assembly quality.The article analys es the phenomena and expound to use the tolerance central di-mension control me thod instead of the original bi-verge control method.On the basis of the pro-cess capacity grade and,at the cost of raising the processing precision,the co ntrol method may acquire higher assembly quality.
