中国古代的“丢番图方程”问题

The"Diophantus Equations "in Ancient China

丢番图方程是个古老又有趣的数学问题,因古希腊数学家最早研究它而得名。但事实上,我国对它的研究远比西方早,并在丢番图之前就已形成较系统的理论。本文就介绍几则著名的中国古代丢番图方程问题,并把它应用于初中数学教学中,旨在培养学生创造性思维的能力。

The Diophantus equation is a kind of ancient interesting mathematic problem,and was given this name because the ancient mathematics,Diophant,was the first to study it.But in f act,this kind of math problem was researched much earlier in China than in West .Before Dio-phant,there had been systematic theory achieved by Chinese schola rs.This paper introduces sever-al famous examples of Diophantus equations appe ared in Ancient China,and applies them into the teaching process of elementary math to cultivate students' capabilities of innovative thought.
