The VEGF Family and VEGFR Receptor Tyrosine Kinases

摘要 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)家族包括VEGF-A,-B,-C,-D,-E和胎盘生长因子(PIGF),都与同型的酪氨酸激酶受体VEGFR-1(Flt1),VEGFR-2(KDR/Flk1)和/或VEGFR-3(Flt4)结合。本文综述血管内皮生长因子家族及其受体在肿瘤血管生成、淋巴管生成及肿瘤转移中的作用。 The VEGF family of angiogenic growth f ac tors includes VEGF-A,-B,-C,-D and-E as well as placenta growth factor(P IGF),which activates VEGFR-1(Flt1),VEGFR-2(KDR/Flk1)and/or VEGFR-3(Flt4)receptor tyrosine kinases.Differences in the regulation and tissue istribution of these family members suggest that they have distinct roles both during angiogenesis,lymphangio-genesis and tumor metastasis.
