摘要 学生品德评价关系学校德育的导向和操作,是德育研究的核心部分。做好品德评价工作有利于增强德育工作的针对性和实效性。为把“爱国守法、明礼诚信、团结友善、勤俭自强、敬业奉献”公民基本道德规范渗透落实到学校德育工作中去,促进学校德育工作新发展,本文在总结国内学生品德评价有益经验的基础上,提出了中小学生品德评价的原则和内容,并构建了品德评价的指标体系,以提高学生品德评价的信度和效度。 The evaluation of students' moral traits is a job related to the orientation and ope ration of school moral education and the core of its research work.It is conduc tive to the strengthening of directness and practicabil-ity of moral education to evaluate moral traits well.In order to put such basic moral norms of citiz ens as″being pa-triotic and obeying laws,being reasonable and honest,carryin g forward solidarity and friendship,practicing frugality and self-dependence, being devoted to one's post and willing to make contributions″into practice in schools' moral education gradually,and to promote its new development,the pape r,after summarizing valuable experience related to the evaluation of Chinese st udents' moral traits,puts forward principles and ways of how to evaluate primar y and secondary school students' moral traits and constructs a system of indexes of the evaluation of moral traits,thus en-abling to raise their authenticity and effectiveness.
