摘要
以1-甲氧基-2-丙醇为原料,采用次氯酸钠氧化法合成了甲氧基丙酮,纯度≥98%,收率为65.9%,与其它合成方法相比,该方法具有操作简便,反应条件温和,转化率及收率较高的优点,并确定了反应的最佳条件。
The 1-methoxy -2 -propanone is synthesized from 1-methoxy -2 -propanol, with a yield of 69.5% and the purity of, or more than, 98%. The 1-methoxy-2-propanol is oxidized with free chlorine and aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide. Compared with others, this is a better method to obtain 1 - methoxy - 2 - propanone, for its advantages of lower cost, less pollution and higher rate of conversion. The optimum condition for the synthesizing process is also defined.
