提出基于数据仓库的电能量计量数据库系统的设计。在此基础上,设计一数据仓库结构模型,并给出解决这一类问题的思想方法以及系统设计的功能实现;采用该技术,我们可对电网各部门提供电能量计量数据个性化服务,并为电力企业管理者提供电能量计量数据信息的分析及决策支持。

A design of power billing database system based warehouse is presented. On this basis, a warehouse structure model is designed. A line of thought is provided about this kind of problem and a function realization of the system design. This technology can provide individualized services about power billing data for every department of the electrical network and also analysis or decision-making support about power billing data information for electric enterprise managers.
