Investigation of the 2.5kW transverse flow CO_2(helium-free) laser

在高功率横流CO_2(无氦)激光器中,本文就镇流电阻对激光器输出特性的影响作了实验研究,并获得了镇流电阻的最佳数值。当总压力为60Torr,CO_2:Ar:N_2=1.5:10:10时,激光器的输出功率为2.5kW,光电转换效率为16.9％。在12h的运行中,输出功率漂移仅为±3％。

The output characteristics of the high output power trans- verse flow CO_2 (helium-free) laser influenced by the steady resistan- ces are studied experimentally and the optimum parameters of steady resistances are determined.When the total pressure is 60 Torr with the gas mixture of CO_2:Ar:N_2=1.5:10:10, the output power reaches 2.5kW, with an efficiency of 16.9%.The output power fluctuations are ±3% during twelve hours' operation.
