摘要
在步进电机细分驱动系统中采用基于电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转的方法实现细分微步驱动技术 ,具有结构简化、细分精度高等特点。介绍了基于电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转细分的基本原理 ,以及细分驱动控制电路。给出了细分后的结果数据。提出了采用光学自准方法检测细分步距误差的方法。
The method named current vector even rotation with uniform amplitude is adopted in the subdivided driving of stepper motor. The uniformity of step angle after subdivision is realized. It can improve subdivision precision of stepper motor. By introducing the principle of the current vector even rotation with uniform amplitude ,and subdivided controlling circuit , the subdivided driving data is presented in detail .In measuring the subdivided driving angle's error, it puts forward the means of optical auto-collimation.
