摘要
在纤维增强塑料(FRP)制品生产过程(如纤维缠绕、预浸料和挤拉等生产工艺)中,树脂粘度的在线测量和控制一直都是较难解决的问题,它涉及到测量方法和控制策略的选择。根据当前实际情况,提出了采用模糊控制技术对树脂粘度进行控制的方案,不仅编程调试简单、系统响应快,而且能通过控制界面随时改变模糊控制器的参数设定值,得到很好的控制效果。
In the production of fiber reinforced plastic, measurement and control of resin viscosity are always difficult problems to resolve. A computer control system is established, which can not only measure and control resin viscosity online and display a control curve, but also can change target values through friendly control interface. This system can be operated easily and will greatly improve control effects.
