番茄耐贮突变体Lok过氧化物酶同工酶分析 被引量:1

摘要 对耐贮番茄Lok、自交系 97 114、大黄柿子、桔黄佳辰、樱桃黄、小黄梨和醋栗番茄分 8个生育阶段取样 ,进行过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析 ,探讨耐贮番茄的亲缘关系和来源。结果表明 ,耐贮番茄Lok是普通栽培品系 97 114的突变体 ,而与野生亚种的亲缘关系较远。另外 ,耐贮番茄Lok随生育期进展谱带增减发生了变异 ,从而也映证了Lok发生了基因突变。 In order to approach the sibship of the long keeping tomato lok, a self bred l ine 97 114, two varieties of ssp.cultum Brezh, two varieties of ssp.su bspontaneum Brezh, and a var. eupimpinellifolium variety of ssp. Plimpinellifoli um Brezh were studied, samplings were taken at different developmental stages. It was proved that the long keeping tomato lok was a mutant of cultivated sub species and the relationship with wild subspecies was far away. Moreover, at on e of 8 developmental stages, the zymogram patteras of lok was different from tha t of the line 97 114. This could show the result of gene mutation.
