摘要
本文介绍一种基于楔形平板剪切干涉原理测量激光束微小发散角的方法,实验结果和理论分析表明,该方法的测量精度可达1%,发散角分辨率达0.01mrad,并具有测量方便、应用范围广等优点。
A method of measuring small laser beam divergence in ac- cordance to the principle of the wedged plate shearing interference is presented. The results of both experiment and theoretical analysis show that the method has the accuracy of 1%, the angle resolution up to 0.01mrad, and the advantages of simplicity and wide applications.
