Teacher's professional quality is an ancient but fresh topic. Chinese and foreign educators have proposed a higher request of it.With the new century coming,our educational reform and development meet new opportunities and challenges. In order to fit the development condition,teachers must renew educational ideas,increase ideological quality, optimize intellectual structure,strengthen creative ability,and increase selfpsychological quality, and improve selfexternal statements and actions.
