摘要
采用HCl处理H3PO4 试样 ,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定As ,对仪器条件、HCl酸度、预还原剂用量、还原剂用量、共存干扰进行了试验 ,方法的检出限为 0 .1 8ng mL ,测定精密度 1 .9%~ 3.0 % ,回收率为 96.0 %~ 98.0 %。
The content of arsenic in phosphoric acid was determined by hydride generation atomic florescence spectrophotometry.The samples were treated by hydrochloric acid. The instrument conditions and influence of the concentration of potassium borohydride were investigated. The detection limit of the method was 0.18 ng/mL with relative standard deviation of 1.9% to 3.0% and recovery of 96.0%~98.0%.
