摘要
研究以三乙醇胺为增感剂 ,原子吸收光谱法测定含铝、铁试样中钙量。试验发现 ,加入三乙醇胺 ,以硝酸镧为释放剂 ,钙的特征吸收成倍增加 ,检测线性关系好 ,消除了基体干扰。方法简便 ,结果准确度和精密度均满足分析要求。
Using triethanolamine as sensibilized reagent, the calcium content in samples which contain aluminum and iron was determined by AAS method. It is found that adding triethanolamine and lanthanum nitrate to the analysis samples, the characteristic absorption of calcium increases times. It keeps linearity with the Ca 2+ concentration in the range of 96.1%~100.4% and RSD was less than 4.5%.
